Our proposals

Following continuous engagement with the community over the past several months, Berkeley Homes is consulting on developed proposals for the future of Borough Triangle, which will create a new, mixed-use neighbourhood in this part of Southwark, providing opportunities and benefits to the local community.

Our proposals for Borough Triangle include:

• 838 new homes, including affordable and family-sized homes
• New office, retail and community/leisure space, including affordable workspace
• New landscaped open spaces, including a new public piazza and woodland areas, with a focus on nature and a net increase in biodiversity
• New pedestrian routes through the site, promoting sustainable travel, health and wellbeing
• A sustainable, energy efficient design approach, responding to the Climate Emergency
• A high-quality design approach, with buildings ranging in height from 10 to 46 storeys
